Drum & Sound Healing Ceremony
These times require more connection to our innerwisdom supported by others on their soul path. We no longer need to do life alone AND we need to take time to be real with self, to shift from within the beliefs, stuck energies and lies that keep us looping in downward ways. Each of us are here to live as vibrant, unique and needed expressions of divine love. That may look like taking the high ground in a difficult relationship after healing the trigger, forgiving self and other resulting in perceiving the situation in new ways. OR it may look like doing that thing you have been putting off forever in your profession for fear of being seen or heard. It is time to live true to you! It is time to get your gifts out there in the world!
Supported by our guides, using breath, drumming, movement and sound, we gather to heal and shift from within. We call in the directions, drop into presence, drum, then create healing pods where each receives an extraordinary sound bath and close with sharing. It is a time of deep healing and connection. Come as you are and leave feeling more you!
We each have inner wisdom (inner shaman) and underutilized tools to navigate these times. We are created to thrive. We activate our own bodies' wisdom and open to getting our thriving needs met in a safe. loving and supportive space. We normalize the human experience and open to the joy of being.
We deepen our connection to earthly energies here to support us. We are the elements and thrive with connection to these earth energies in and around us. We also step into the mystery of the unseen calling on our guides and activating our intuition (our inner knowing). We practice listening and trusting as we become the instruments through which the elementals and guides work through us Spirit and matter dance, earth and celestial harmonize within and such. It is quite amazing! We are quite amazing!

Therapeutic Effects of Drumming
Research indicates that drumming accelerates physical healing and boosts the immune system. In addition, specific studies conducted by professionals in the fields of music therapy and mental health show us that drumming: reduces tension, anxiety and stress.
I offer drum ceremonies for those reasons and more! I love that we COME TOGETHER in our humanity to encourage and support one another. Being in this human form is a challenge on many levels. We come together and realize that we are not alone in our struggles. Many are from our conditioning from families and culture or the collective consciousness. So we can empathize with one another and come to love ourselves through our challenges.
Another benefit is that we learn to listen to and trust our intuition, our internal GPS system gifted to us!
